Welcome to Thomas Mills High School
|
Thomas Mills is a flourishing 11-18 high school situated in the pleasant and historic town of Framlingham, Suffolk. The school is a place of learning and we are justifiably proud of our academic excellence. High expectations from our students and well qualified staff lead to quality teaching and learning. Students make very good progress during their time here and move successfully into university (including Oxbridge) or employment. Our curriculum is enhanced by specialist status in technology, arts and languages. The school is large enough to provide a range of options and facilities and yet small enough for students to develop as individuals. Students are enriched by the experience at Thomas Mills High School. A bright future starts here! There is an impressive range of extra-curricular activities which support our students as they become confident learners and active members of the community. Visitors often remark on the calm, purposeful and self-disciplined atmosphere. Our school ethos is shaped by our Charter of Values which blends tradition and innovation. I hope this website gives you a glimpse of the exciting opportunities on offer at this busy and successful school. We hold an Open Day in October and meet with parents of the new intake in July. Two Sixth Form Information Evenings are held in November. Should you wish to view the school at any other time please do not hesitate to get in touch. I shall be delighted to meet you and show you what we have to offer.
